​Have employed services three times so far. One was a complete remodel of my master bath. John works closely with the client. He listens and advises on alternatives, codes involved and general recommendations for those of us that are "newbies" to remodeling. As example, the style of shower door, countertops. Places to go and see the many styles in your price range. Really helpful. When in the construction phase, very organized, but open to changes. At end of each day, cleans the area up of dust and debris. Works fast and efficient.

The project charges and fees were extremely reasonable compare to the other contractors who we met before John was hired. The quality of the jobs completed - by far are better than what we heard from other contractors who expected double if not more than John's invoice when compared side by side. Finally, we are able to use our main shower again after four years plus without ANY leak. Having this remodel completed made a tremendous difference not only to put our home on the market easier, but made life so much better and easier for our two little ones not to take shower or utilize the shower in our cold basement risking their health specially during the winter season. We truly appreciate John's work and his professionalism. Even though we have decided to put a hold on putting our home on the market at the moment - we are definitely bringing John back for additional projects in our home before putting the house on the market again for the last time.

Johnny Paziano's does quality work I have had him back for 3 jobs and have been completely satisfied with all three projects, and professionalism. He redid my bathrooms, then my entire kitchen and finally took down my 70's wood around my fireplace and replaced it with oak. There is no job large or small he can't handle. Everytime I have company over, they always comment on how beautiful my kitchen is. John put in new cabinets, sink, appliances, counter tops, floors and light fixtures. He titled my entry way, kitchen and bathroom floor in three different patterns. My bathrooms he put in a new shower in one and tub in the other, completely retiled both floors and walls, installed new cabinets, mirrors and light fixtures. My family room has a fireplace but dark wood. He redid the wood around the fireplace with oak, put in books shelfs on the side and stained the wood. I know when if I go to sell my house John's work has definately increased the value. If you need a job done by a professional who you can trust and his work is perfect Johnny Paizano's is the company to hire.

John Fox has done drywall and taping projects for me on several occasions. He is very detail orientated and takes pride in his work. He also uses a dustless sanding system that minimizes the exposure and infiltration of drywall dust outside of the work areas. I would highly recommend him and intend to use him on future projects.

From the estimate to the finished project John was a pleasure to work with. His estimate was thorough and itemized. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. I have had John do work at my house for 18 years. When I was still getting estimates for the work I needed, John was always the lowest quote. I don't bother getting estimates any more. John has always done exactly what he says he will do for exactly the quoted price. He shows up on time, and finishes the project in the estimated timeframe. He is also a perfectionist. And if there is something that you are not satisfied with, he will fix it. If this sounds too good to be true, then you have never met an outstanding contractor. John is an outstanding contractor.

I saw the work Johnny did at my son's house and was very pleased with the workmanship. My family room and dinning room ceilings along with two walls did not have a smooth finish so I asked Johnny for a quote to add another sheet of drywall to the walls and make my ceiling smooth again. And then to paint the ceilings and walls. Johnny gave my a quote which was very reasonable so I signed the contract. I was so very pleased with the work I immediately contracted with Johnny to paint my kitchen. I currently have a contract with him to remove two brick inside walls and replace with drywall. John is very reasonable and professional. He is aware of prices and does offer ways to reason the quote if I want it. I can go on and on. All this is a bonus – the quality of work is top notch - he is a great planner and works hard. One thing to note is Johnny is busy and you must plan your project in advance and be prepared to wait for an open slot. we have used johnny paizano's for three major projects - 2 bath remodels and an outside deck. additionally, he has done misc. painting projects. all of the projects have been the highest quality. he provides a comprehensive estimate, is always on time, completes the project in within the time line, is easy to work with, maintains a very neat and clean work area. we have recommended him to other people and they report similar satisfaction with the work. the first project was in 2007 the second in 2008 and the third in 2011.

We hired John to remodel our kitchen. He painted walls,new tile floor,hung new cabinets,replaced windows and outside doors,hooked up new appliances and also replaced some windows and doors in other parts of the house. He did a great job on everything including finishing before he said he would. It was like he was working on his own house. His price for the work he did was very good. My parents also hired him to do some painting work and were thrilled with how it turned out. I would definetly recommend anyone to hire him.

John installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen, which involved knocking out our current walls, putting up new drywall and artistically placing the tile for a beautiful, rustic look. We love the work he did and couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. He was respectful, easy to communicate with, and completed the job in a timely manner. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect, dried properly and cleaned up before he left. We will definitely work with John again and recommend him to anyone doing any remodeling work.

John saved our basement theater ceiling after we fired a previous drywall company who had botched up the taping so bad it appeared the ceiling would need to be replaced. John leveled the tape, and painted the ceiling so that the cove lights reflecting off the ceiling show a flush surface. John also leveled humps on the walls from the previous company. The basement has metallic paint which enhances imperfections so the finish needed to be smooth. The theater turned out awesome. 2) John installed the trim in the basement. Seams are tight. 3) John provided ideas on how to construct the ceiling coves. His suggestion to use high density furniture grade light weight MDF made designing and constructing the bull nose cove sections much easier. The light weight makes hanging them possible. 4) John installed oak retreads on the basement stairs to cover the original pine boards. Changes in stair laws made it impossible to redesign the stairs in such a way to be in code, therefore we ended with recovering the original and grandfathered stairs. The retreads look great and there isn't a squeak.

John Fox arrived on time and on the date he said he would. No surprises during the work, it was done on time, slightly over budget (due to my walls being plaster, not drywall) and very professional. He is a one man crew which I appreciate as I was glad not to have a bunch of strangers in my house.
